August Tomato Soup

Saute two cloves of garlic with olive oil for a few minutes.  Add a mix of summer tomatoes with a few handfuls of basil.  Simmer 20 minutes.  Add basil olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.  Adapted from April Bloomfield's recipe, submitted by Erica Curtis
